Hello and thank you for your inquiry. You've found the perfect house and best mountain resort in New England! We are a lakefront home, 15 minutes to the mountain. Unsurpassed privacy, but easy to get to ( read:4 wheel drive not required), and lots of parking. I could do the 18th - 25th. Friday - Friday. I have a group that takes the last weekend of the month each year and they check in that Friday evening on the 25th. Our price for the week is 2400 plus 7% Maine Lodging tax (sorry- they found me online and make me report). Our price is all inclusive and includes cleaning, trash, Hot Tub maintenance, wood, propane, linens, ect.. The house is fully equipped which includes the pool table equipment, ping pong table stuff and a fully equipped kitchen including most spices We have been renting to ski groups since 1995 and have things set up so you bring your food and your skis only. We also do not require a security deposit. We work on the honor system and don't require payment on items damaged under $20 dollars.

Mary, you are the type of clients, "families" that we WANT to rent to, and that the house is designed for. There are two bunk rooms, one sleeps six and the other four, that we typically put the kids in and the adults take the other 5 bedrooms. There is a floor plan at this site which you can look at the beds and layout, directions and other good information. The house also has 3 full baths.
